1. EXTRA MEDITERRANEAN HUMMUS

One of my favourite savoury snacks, exotic and very nutritious, I like mine to have extra everything. Extra lemon, extra garlic, and possibly a dash of cumin or chili. I can easily eat a pot of it on the spot.

1 can of cooked chickpeas
2 teaspoons of tahini
1 clove of garlic
A generous drizzle of olive oil
Teaspoon of salt to taste
1 spoonful of water (just to bring it to a manageable consistency if it’s very dry, but you can also choose to add more oil)

Blend it all with the minipimer. Done

Travels easily, and keeps a few days in the fridge
