3. KEFIR PLATANO PARFAIT

I showed this in a video recently and I stand by it, it’s one of my favourite sweet dessert/snacks and it’s made simply with natural kefir and grilled mashed banana- made on the spot it takes three minutes. The kefir makes this dish more sophisticated than simply adding fruit compote to greek yoghurt. Then I sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

Natural Kefir
Half a banana
Cinnamon to taste

Grill the banana in a pan until it gets super soft

Mash it

Pour it over the kefir
