I've been checking out different youtube videos that would guide me through a quick stretch routine. These ones are really nice. This is the kind of thing I like to do in the morning before I go out, just to wake up my body a little and feel ready for the day.

I like the lights to be quite dim, and depending on my mood I either burn some incense (most often), light some candles (if I want comfort scents), or diffuse some oil (when I want something herbal).

Some favourites:

- Incense: Nag Champa. I haven't experimented much with incense (would love some recs!)

- Candles: Diptyque Freesia, Coriandre, Laura Mercier gourmandes , NARS Acapulco (VERY sweet, only for when you need potent sweetness), Miller Harris Noix de Tuberose.

- Oils. I usually go for Lavender

For equipment I've been using my Manduka mat for about 10 years and I really recommend it, it's the best. I also use their equa plus towel
