I'm putting a lot of effort into eating healthy this week, after The Great Cupcake Binge of March. And I'm definitely seeing a big difference! Let's see if it lasts. I'm cooking everything at home, using fresh ingredients, and gotten off the food-for-pleasure bandwagon. The only extra i allow myself is an iced skinny latte. I've missed ice lattes so much during the Winter, I couldn't not have one.
Pretty sure the weather is gonna turn again but until then, I'm wearing red.
