Welcome to 2014 lovers
It's looking pretty hungover so far, but I am sure everything will settle within the next 24 hours.
I was so over dressing up yesterday, I felt like wearing something a bohemian with a lot of head jewellery, so I did, and I think it worked very well. I met some of my best friends for a chilled out dinner and then we went to a houseparty- best way to do NYE in my book!
There is much in store for us this year, so much to do in fact I am starting to hyperventilate. So much work, so many expectations, so many responsabilities, and so many resolutions!
On my head, I wore this fabulous indian-inspired headpiece from Dannijo in swarovski crystals, it stole the show like you wouldn't believe, it's amazing. On my body, it had to be this Marant monochrome print dress that I got this week, it's exquisitely demure which looks so cool in the evening, and it works so well with a headpiece.
I kept my makeup really fresh - my skin was anything but - I brought out the big boys. I used a nice hydrating Rose mask from Sisley, then some intensive Hydra Flash moisturizer, followed by Charlotte Tilbury Magic cream, Wonderglow, really massage the skin to make the blood flow. Then Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua foundation cause I needed the coverage cause I'm all blotchy right now, St.Tropez blue highlighter in the right places, a little bit of apricot cream blush by Chanel...Phew! It looked pretty good in the end! You would think I'm not wearing anything which is always what we want :)
