I actually had a little problem with this jacket- one of the buttons fell off, so I went to the shop to see if they could click it back on, and instead of keeping it for repair or anything they gave me a new one on the spot. No receipt, no questions asked. That's a pretty fantastic customer service if you ask me. So I have a new jacket : ) I love it all the same.
