There have been a shameful lack of bikinis in this site lately, we cannot let that happen, I profusely apologize
This milky white beauty is by Heidi Klein. I love it, it's my Marilyn bikini

These are my neighbours. I caught them in a compromising position, I'm sorry.

There was a gorgeous rainbow all around the sun on Saturday...you can imagine how impossible it is to photograph the sun, so you can't see much but you get the idea..it was really bright colored in person. It was so beautiful!

This is one of my mermaid bikinis. (Oh just humor me) It's from h&m and it's this season.

I am currently on my last few pages of Marquis de Sade's 120 days of Sodom on my Kindle. I was marveled at the first 60% of the book, truly mind blowing, surpassed anything I could have imagined in its elegance, excess and humor. It's become violent, furious and unapologetically extreme. The draft/journal mode in which the last three months are written greatly works with the script, because given the level of horror that we reach by the second storyteller, a detailed description is irrelevant. The writing is genius, the macabre humor is everywhere, and yes every time someone loses a limb I get a chest pain. It is not often you come across novels written with so much freedom.
Compared to the story of O…I don't think such comparison exists, on any level, the only thing they have in common is a similar subject (sadomasoquism) but it's not even approached in the same way and the content isn't the significant part of Sade's work, it isn't what stays in your head after you've finished reading. Story of O was a big fat fail for me and I suffered all the way through, all the while obtaining nothing from it other than the odd "boner".

Ahh yes I’ve read Story of O but not 120 Days of Sodom, have you read any Anais Nin, I adore her writings
Oh yes, the rainbow sun!
Gorgeous and so are you ! The girl that commented before me said you should read Anais Nin. I totally adore her writtings as well!! Check her out if you didn’t already!
thank you!
Actually a friend was telling me about her and I’ve been meaning to read her, thanks for reminding me. That’s probably gonna be the next I read..
Love the white bikini, it’s timeless, could have been from twenty years ago, or now. On shopbop, they call it cream. Is it close to white? I want it!—–but white looks better on my skin tone than cream. Also, I have a question about your airex mat (I see it in the corner). I also do Tracy Anderson, and I want to add in Pilates. Do you know what size mat you have? The smallest one is a little thicker than the other two. Wasn’t sure which would be best for supporting the spine.
Yes! It is cream, it’s the same one. It’s a milky colour, it’s really flattering. White looks better on me too than off-whites…but this is a very rich milk shade.
Yep, it’s the green one, the green ones are all the same thickness I believe and it’s more than enough for Pilates (in fact it’s the BEST mat for pilates). They also have a blue one that’s even thicker but you really don’t need it, I prefer the green. Not sure what length mine is, I think it’s the shortest. Looking back, I would get a longer one unless you want it for travelling.
You should track down Passolini’s 70′s film ‘Salo’ based on 100 Years of Sodom – definitely the most disturbing film I’ve ever seen… and has even been linked to his mysterious death. It’s based in post war northern Italy instead of 18th century France, and has a strong political subtext. I have a link to a streaming version of it somewhere. Nice pics, gorgeous sky!
That sounds very interesting and something I’d like to watch. I’ve come across things similar to this book in film, but they ruin it. Without the literary prose, the detail, the tongue in cheek humor…everything changes
