I might have mentioned here/twitter/on facebook/ everywhere that I have a photography mentor now and together we are doing great things – particularly in the photo area. He gave me full use of his studio on Monday, which was super exciting, and taught me how to use the main light units. I'm so so proud and happy : ) I've been wanting to do this for ever and never got the chance, and now it's like..whoa. I'm gonna be doing a couple of more test shoots in his studio (so if you are a girl in London and want some pictures, I need models, the more the merrier) and then of course I'll be going on location which is gonna be even better once we get a proper setup sorted. On location meaning, the street, the portobello hotel, IBIZA, THE MALDIVES! Ok maybe not so far just yet but everything shall come. So here's a taste…Still unretouched.
Direction: Me. I had an idea in my head for her of a raw rocker chick, and then of course my signature fur shots a la Valley of the Dolls of which I have hundreds now
Styling: Me & Rhianne. Glad she agreed to wear my green corset and the fox fur coat because i think they look stunning on her.
Makeup: Rhianne's sister Maeve Hanford was doing the makeup..there was a matte brown eyeshadow on her eyes, and I made sure I asked about the lipstick because I LOVE it- the nude one is MAC Honeylove, and the red one is Russian Red.
